32 31 00-9200

SECTION 32 31 00 and 32 31 32:  Use this specification for Model 9200 Series 1, 2 or 3 HP Maximum Security Slide Gate Operator, Fixed Speed (1 ft/sec) and Variable Speed 1-4 ft/sec.  The model 9200 series are used in high security applications such as airports, chemical plants, industrial sites, etc. All models (except 9210) incorporate a speed control module allowing the user to set the gate speed.  The model 9235 has an Emergency Close feature designed to close the gate at up to 6 ft/sec.  These operators are never used in applications serving the general public.  For gates up to 100-feet wide and weighing up to 8000 Lbs.

SECTION 32 31 00 and 32 31 32:  Use this specification for Model 9500 Series 3 or 5 HP Maximum Security Slide Gate Operator, Variable Speed 1- 4 ft/sec.  The 9500 series are used in high security applications such as airports, chemical plants, industrial sites, etc. and incorporate a speed control module allowing the user to set the gate speed.  These operators are never used in applications serving the general public.  For gates up to 160-feet wide and weighing up to 20,000 Lbs.
